GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Once you have carried out the payment of the reservation fee you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation and all the information, it is very important that you read it carefully.
- Each owner of apartment fixes conditions of payment of the rent, accepting now the conditions of this reservation you accept conditions of payment published on our website. Please write or call contact person to agree for the payment once you received information with the e-mail of confirmation.
- Please contact 3 days before your arrival the contact person to confirm the meeting time and place on arrival
- You must give back all sets of keys on departure
- You must leave apartment at the check out time
- No damaging the apartment’s furniture or facilities
- No lodging more people than mentioned in this contract is allowed
- Noises are forbidden after 21.00h inside the apartment and also in the staircase. Guest not respecting this point will be immediately asked to leave the property with no refund of the rent paid.
- We do not accept reservations of people who rent the apartments for illegal activities or to invite escorts during the stay.
- The property owner reserves the right to ask the tenant for the signature of a location contract when paying the outstanding amount of rent or upon arrival.
- The owner or the contact person reserve the right to change the accommodation due to irreparable damages or major reasons, and Prishtina-Apartments.com will not be liable for the inconveniences caused.
- Prishtina-Apartments.com will not be liable for the possible theft of objects deposited in the apartment.
If on your arrival you are unable to locate the contact person either at the apartment or by any of the phone numbers available, please contact us at once. We cannot assume any responsibility if you fail to do so.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
When a reservation is cancelled due to causes that are attributable to the client, the amount paid as a reservation fee will not be refunded.
Regarding the amount of rent; this will depend on the conditions of cancellation of the owner of each apartment.
Cancellations must be communicated either in writing or by e-mail.
In the event the apartment booked is not available due to circumstances beyond our control, our company will offer you accommodation with identical characteristics. If we are unable to offer alternative accommodation, the reservation will be cancelled, and a refund of your booking fee will be made.
CHANGES
A change of dates is possible in the following cases:
Adding of extra dates is permitted providing that the apartment is available for the extra dates. The change should take place only after payment of the difference in the amount of reservation fee has been completed.
Reduction of time: must be done one month in advance and booking fee is non-returnable.
Changing the number of people:
Increasing the number of people is allowed provided the same apartment has the capacity for the extra persons. The change should take place only after payment of the difference in the amount of reservation fee has been completed.

The first change of the reservation will not have administration costs but from the second applies a tariff of 20 €.
It is the responsibility of our clients that the area or neighborhood they choose to stay in is to their liking.

Apartment is located in the center of Prishtina. It is most secure area in town. Police station is across the street!
Best restaurants, nightlife, shops, markets, post office and everything else that one will need are just in few minutes walking. You will barely need a transportation, which is as well accessible in two minutes walk from the apartment.
Apartment itself is fully equipped and furnished, and recently renovated.
Apartment consists of living room, bed room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, small storage and two terraces with view.
It has air-conditioning, 24 hours water and electricity supply, fully equipped kitchen, free wireless internet…

In the bedroom there is a queen size bed. Also, in the living room are two couches that can be easily converted to the beds.
Working station, dish machine, wash machine, electric stove, big refrigerator, big clothes cabinet in the bed room, bathroom with a bathtub, etc...
Laundry and cleaning services are optional.
Cable and Satellite TV
In the living room is placed an LCD TV as well as in the bed room, a regular TV set.
Cable TV with more then 35 channels (including CNN, BBC, Euronews, etc) is available. Also a satellite TV receiver, DVD player, home theatre are installed.
Free WIFI Internet
Free WIFI Internet connection is available in the apartment. All you need to have is a laptop with WIFI connection, and you are good to go online!
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
If requested, you can have your breakfast, lunch or dinner from the nearby restaurant.
We have an agreement with the restaurant for free delivery services to the apartment.
